NOHOU ESG Consultancy SL is a strategic advisory firm specialising in compliance, due diligence, governance, risk management and ESG advisory. Operating internationally from our European base, we serve clients throughout Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. Our mission is to provide high‑level, independent insights that help organisations navigate regulatory complexity, mitigate risk and embed sustainability into their strategies.

What We Do

We design and implement compliance programmes, perform in‑depth due diligence, assess corporate governance structures and develop ESG strategies. Our approach is holistic: we integrate legal compliance with environmental, social and governance considerations to address both financial and non‑financial risks.
