ESG Advisory
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors shape long‑term value creation and stakeholder trust. Regulators are requiring companies to disclose sustainability information, for example under the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)[8], while investors rely on frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)[9] and the EU Taxonomy to assess environmental credentials[10]. The International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) has also introduced IFRS S1 and S2, which require disclosure of governance, strategy, risk management and metrics & targets related to sustainability and climate risks[11]. Our ESG advisory services help clients navigate this evolving landscape.
